How to use: dilute a teaspoon of LA TARTUFATA® with some olive oil, cooking cream or pasta cooking water and use as dressing.

Ingredients: porcini mushrooms 84% (Boletus edulis and related group), olive oil, white truffles 3% (Tuber magnatum), salt, carrots, onions, aromatic herbs, spices, flavourings, acidity corrector: lactic acid.

Keep in a cool place out of direct light. Refrigerate covered in oil once opened and consume within a few days.
